Papagayo Beach Resort (Adults Only) - Willemstad

The resort's landscaped grounds were fine, with grassy yards and vibrant bougainvillea creating a lush atmosphere. We loved chilling by the beach club and taking in the outdoors. Daily cleaning kept our villa neat, and we enjoyed amazing ocean views from our room.

My kids wished there were more activities for families.

The villa was very nice and the staff extrememely helpful. I would go again.

The resort tries to imply that some of the villas have sea views and reinforces that misnomer with the name 'Papagayo Beach Resort'. Whilst our villa did have a sea view it was a small triangle in the distance. To reach the beach one had to exit the resort, travel a short distance and cross a road.

At the villas they have new furniture that is totally uncomfortable and useless and lacks of comfort..incredible there's no table or place for anything.The magic of this palace disappeared..great locatiin beach staff and concept..but a shame this awful change of decoration

Would recommend for short stay

Friendly staff, great location, the beach access made exploring easy, and we appreciated having conveniences like free parking and a supermarket on the grounds.

We stayed in a spacious 2-bedroom villa, we loved it! Everything was great: location (close to man-made Laguna and restaurants/bars), swimming pool, kids facilities, etc.

Only down side was that restaurant does not deliver, which is not practical if you have three young kids and decide to dine-in (they have a take away service though).

Great location and spacious Villa's!

Poor service at beach- mostly run by interns from Holland that like to party at night! Guests from the resort need to pay for sun-beds and quality of food isn't up to standard.

Customer service was so-so - requests/problems were not always followed up.. The wi-fi in the villa was very inconsistent, sometimes available during certain hours only.

The staff was friendly. They even had helpful suggestions for local spots to explore. The beach access was a major highlight, combined with the lovely outdoor dining area for meals overlooking the water.

One thing to improve would be the cleanliness of the pool area. It seemed like it could use some extra attention to enhance the overall experience.

The villa was spacious, perfect for my family with plenty of room for relaxation. Opening the living room doors to the veranda was a great feature, providing an enjoyable outdoor feel. We loved the sea view from our villa.

The pool area cleanliness could improve.

Nice place with free Wi-Fi, beach access, and a lovely outdoor pool. The staff helped with directions during my first visit, which I appreciated. I recommend enjoying the spa for relaxation! I'm coming back for a business trip.

Our family had such a fun time lounging by the infinity pool and enjoying the great local restaurants nearby. The beach access and wellness center were perfect for relaxation after a busy day. Just a heads up, the Wi-Fi was a bit spotty in areas, but it didn't ruin the experience 😊

The two-bedroom villa offered an really good ocean view and allowed for a seamless blend of indoor and outdoor living with fully opening doors to the wraparound porch. The beach club created a fantastic vacation atmosphere, upgraded with friendly staff. Morning treats included freshly prepared eggs from nearby restaurants. On the downside, some areas could use a bit more upkeep, particularly the pool area, and we found the breakfast selection lacking in variety.
